We are now one of the UK's fastest growing family entertainments company's. We are based in the bright lights of Blackpool and have been around since 2007,w here our director Ben Edwards started his show with a partner on behalf of a production company on Blackpool's Central Pier. Ben started his career working at Pontins holiday camp's then moving to Butlin's and Haven, on his way he worked at Alton towers and the world famous Pasaje Del Terror. Ben Edwards Entertainments, has had some huge success over the past few years with our huge popularity taking us to new highs and gaining contacts for some of the biggest names in the town.

Blackpool, LancashireThis person did not turn up to my daughter's birthday party! It was completely ruined! I am tearful even thinking about it. Ben emailed my work email address - despite having my personal email address and mobile phone number available to him - the day BEFORE the party - (a Saturday) - therefore I did not receive the message until working hours resumed on Monday! The day of the party Sunday 13th December 2015 - without a phone call or an email to my personal email address we were left with 40 children, no entertainer and a very upset newly 5 year old!! My heart breaks at the thought!! There were so many options available to Ben had he been a professional and experienced individual - firstly to contact me by phone and SPEAK to me to ensure I was aware of his cancellation, secondly if there was no response from a WORK email address send a representative to explain to me on the day or most professional entertainers would have a fall back solution where a friend or colleague could cover any eventuality to avoid disappointment. Please be aware that this entertainer is a single point of failure and be prepared that should he have an emergency your party will not be covered and you will be left as heartbroken as my family. I cannot get this day back and all I can do is warn people of the terrible treatment I have received.
